Rental information

Our accommodations are not situated in a holiday park. Would you like more information about payment, reservations, check-in and check-out? Or do you want to know more about the Jacuzzi, cleaning and pets? Please read further:

Jacuzzi
Our wellness is only available for guests staying in one of our accommodations.

• You can hire the entire wellness garden privately via our website and book online: 2 persons 40,- per 2 hours
• You can then make private use of our jacuzzi, sauna, ice bath, shower, deck chairs, lounge sofas
• After you have paid you will receive an access code via e-mail, giving you access to the wellness garden

Payment and reservation

You can view the availability of our accommodations on the reservation page. Here you can make a reservation directly. After you have booked, you will receive a final confirmation from us with all other information and the accompanying invoice.

Check-in and check-out

On the day of arrival, you are welcome from 3 pm. On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the accommodation before 10.00 am.

As our accommodations are not located on a holiday park, we do not have a reception. To receive the key, we ask you to contact us as soon as you arrive at the boat (Den Helder). We will ensure you have access to the accommodation at the time of your arrival (if it is 15.00 or later).

Bed linen & towels
Prices for bed linen and towels vary per accommodation. Please contact us for more information. 

Cleaning

Fees for a professional cleaning following your stay are added during the booking process. Naturally we request you leave the accommodation tidy. We also ask for a deposit.

Young guests

Young guests are welcome in our accommodations with some conditions. To prevent noise complaints or property damage, we sometimes ask for supervision, an extra deposit, and/or collateral identification. These conditions are set depending on the ages of the guests. Please contact us to discuss specific terms.

Pets

Pets are only welcome in our holiday homes (not in our B&B rooms). A maximum of two pets is permitted and we request an additional fee of € 8.50 for each pet per night. Furthermore, we ask that you do not leave a dog alone or in a crate while you are away from the property.
